To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as you received it
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at purrbowlstore@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Important: We cannot accept returns that were not previously requested and approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at purrbowlstore@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
